It has been about 1 month plus since my last book. Been a bit crazy, tied down with work. I have tried the online book rental service. They are efficient, but I still can’t get my Sophie Kinsella book.

"7 days and 7 nights" by Wendy Wax disappoint me. The girl is sexy, the guy is handsome but the story is not in-depth. You-love-me-but-you-dare-not-admit that kind of story. Quite boring in the sense, you could have guessed the ending when you read the second chapter.

It was about a conflict of 2 opposite sex radio personalities, Matt Ransom and Dr. Olivia Moore. Had a long-ago affair causing broken hearts, crossed paths again, and this time more sparkly and fiery.

There are 2 characters that attract my attention though, that of Dawg and JoBeth. They were madly in love, but Dawg couldn’t bring himself to marry JoBeth. Whereas JoBeth, at her 40s desperate like hell to have kids and family. Dawg confided in Matt and JoBeth confided in Dr. Olivia, ON AIR.

Matt advised Dawg to just leave JoBeth, Dr. Olivia advised JoBeth to leave Dawg. Love birds separated, and hearts were broken. But what could be stronger than true love? Dawg, at the very last minute, got some sense knocked into his head, bought an engagement ring. Lucky him, he appeared just in time when JoBeth ex-boyfriend proposed to her.

Well, as I have said, the ending is quite predictable isn’t it?
