It’s Singapore Sale again.. and I am very lonely in Sg this year.

I hope Jenny will make a trip down to Sg to shop till we drop like last year. Missed her alot at times like this. She’ll shop around for what I feel "very aunty", shopping at the kitchen section is definitely not my forte. She could shop for knives, pots, woks, utensils while her mouth babbling about this brand is good, it cuts meat well.

Well, to be honest, she shopped more compared to me during her stay here. She was here for more or less a year or so, while I have been here for 4 years but I still do not know Sg as well as her. :-p

Talking about this reminds me of my Penang trip few weeks ago. Jenny and hubby played a good host, not to mention Grace (and Jeff), and Dhana. I missed chatting with Jenny though she tends to nag quite a bit. I feel protective whenever I am with her. I guess the hubby feels the same. So glad she found a good hubby. That was the first time I met him, though they have been together for so long. :-p

Penang changed alot. Wonder if Bernard has been back ever since. I had a good time catching up with Grace (and Jeff), Dhana and Kai Sin, not to mention attending Angie’s BIG day with Su Chuan. She looked great that night. Can’t believe that we graduated for 4 years now. 1 of the 4 musketeers is married. Hehehe..

Even worse, Pui See and others are organising a 10th year anniversary for ex SABIANS. Wow.. 10 years already? Are we that old? It is obvious when you receive emails, smses, phone calls inviting you to weddings.

It was a totally different experience to have read the book in details and envisioned, and then to watch how they lay it out in the show. Beautiful paintings, movements, pretty lady..

[I mean, beliefs aside, it is just another show (for me)]

I wonder if anyone will be interested to make pictures out of Sophie Kinsella’s Shopaholic series. It will be great for those who do not like to read. But then, it will be different.. lots of details have to be compromised to meet the time frame and etc..
